Flera tolkningar av Mollydooker

MollyDooker label

Winespectator: Best Buy of the Week – 91/100 p
”Bright and jazzy, offering an effusive mouthful of cherry, pomegranate and spice flavors that are as aromatic as they are long and vivid. This has density without great weight, and the finish keeps on going…” Harvey Steiman, Winespectator

”The 2008 Shiraz The Boxer is the deepest colored of the Mollydooker wines. Fragrant scents of bacon, game, lavender, plum, and blueberry lead to a dense, layered, ripe, and intense wine that can be enjoyed now but will continue to drink well for another 5-7 years.” – Jay Miller, www.erobertparker.com

”This stuff rocks.  Plain and simple.   It may be a bit over-the-top in style for some of you out there- it’s jammy and rich, so if that’s not your thing, definitely skip it.  But if it IS your thing- for heavens sake, BUY IT.  This wine is bright, fun, spicy, and layered with flavors of  blueberries, pomegranates, vanilla, tobacco, hazelnuts, and sheer POWER.  It’s rich-blooded, smooth and sexy.  For all you Mad Men fans out there… this wine is Don Draper.  He is a man of steel, with his slicked back head of black hair.  He can drink scotch and smoke cigarettes all day and go out and seduce clients all night.  Commanding, and almost forceful.  Just enough to make you want him more.  Look at me, I’m swooning just thinking about Don Draper.  Apologies to anyone who doesn’t watch Mad Men… but you really should start.” - The Wine Snob

”The nose had cherry, spice, and blackberry. The palate was thick and rich, and had blackberry, tar, cherry, spice, and a pomegranate finish.” – Mmury

”This went to our heads. 16% alcohol. You can’t taste it, but you can feel it. Lots of cherry, vanilla, and a heavy, somewhat unpleasant oak aftertaste. Definitely not for me, but if you like this style, you might find it has some merit.” – Matt T
